It was another Sunday brunch at the Coven, complete with the usual brunch foods and beverages.

This time, Piper brought Matthew with her. It was only for a few hours, so she thought it couldn't hurt to bring him out to meet people now that he much more healthy.

Piper actually ventured out of the house today. She had gotten her mother to watch Matthew today, which made her feel better about leaving him for a few hours to host Sunday brunch.

There was a buffet set up with the usual breakfast foods and beverages for anyone to enjoy.

A buffet table was set up at the Coven this week for Sunday brunch. Every breakfast food and pastry imaginable was provided, absolutely free. Piper made sure everything was set up perfectly for the occasion.

Piper was in a better mood when she opened the restaurant. She felt a lot better after finally making a decision. She still had to tell a few people what was going on, but at least it was good news to tell.

The Coven was open.

There were enough foods and goodies to feed everyone in town should they choose to show up. Lana kept herself busy making sure everything got refilled or replaced as it was consumed and in her free time sat at one of the out of the way tables with a cup of tea and a good book.

Piper opened the Coven today and immediately made sure everything was set up perfectly. This meant rearranging the bottles behind the bar once more and cleaning the glasses. She was apparently in OCD-mode today.

Lana had received a communication booking the Leaf for a Sunday Brunch Event for the village. She wasn't certain who had booked it, but the money was more than enough to cover food and other costs and it seemed like a nice way to get people out and give them a place to hang out ( Read more... )

Piper had been in a fairly good mood for about a week. She had been pleasant to the kitchen staff. Until today when she got in an argument with the chef over the specials. An argument she won, of course.

As far as the kitchen staff was concerned, things were now back to normal.

Since she had Lilly babysitting duty last night, Piper had to make sure she got off to school this morning. That's why she showed up a little early at the restaurant, deciding she ought to go to work sometime this week.

The kitchen staff was very confused because she was in a very good mood.

Town Hall was decorated with pink balloons and flowers. The tables had white cloths with pink and white centerpieces and party favors for all of the guests.

Off to one side was a table featuring the wedding cake that Piper had made. There was also a table for gifts and cards.
